Riftbound’s third set, Unleashed, officially hits stores this May, shifting the meta from high-speed arena brawls to the high-stakes environment of the jungle. New Mechanics: XP, Hunt, & Ambush
XP: A new resource generated to level up cards mid-game, unlocking powerful late-game passives.
Hunt: An XP-focused keyword. Units with Hunt bank immediate XP bonuses when successfully conquering or holding battlefields.
Ambush: Allows units to be played as a Reaction to contested zones, punishing opponents who overextend during their turn.
Ultimate Rarity: Baron Nashor
Unleashed introduces the ‘Ultimate’ rarity to Riftbound, a rarity for individually exciting, very very... very hard to find cards. And Riftbound’s first Ultimate Rare is a unique overnumbered card of the new Baron Nashor!
